Michael Paul Cartledge II is a PhD candidate in practical theology at Princeton Theological Seminary and an adjunct instructor at New Brunswick Theological Seminary. He holds an MDiv/MA from Princeton Seminary and a BA in communication and media studies from Stetson University. His doctoral research uses qualitative methods to explore faith formation amid the challenge of depression. He established The Theology and Neurodiversity Project (www.theologyandneurodiversity.com), an online resource that grew out of a graduate course he taught at Princeton Seminary. He is currently leading a grant project, funded by the Fuller Youth Institute and housed at Princeton Seminary’s Institute for Youth Ministry, to create Christian education curriculum with and for neurodivergent young people. He is also the Research Fellow and Communications Director at Scala Foundation, a nonprofit organization in Princeton, New Jersey.
